TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery of goods (printed books) purchased via the website www.azbukum.edu.rs within the territory of the Republic of Serbia is made by the Post Express courier service of Serbia Post to all locations accessible by the Post Express courier service of Serbia Post. Outside the Republic of Serbia, goods are consigned for delivery by the Post Export service of Serbia Post.
In order that we can verify an order’s authenticity, confirm purchases, and deliver goods to the correct address, customers are required to input correct personal information (including first and last name, delivery address, email address, and telephone number) when registering on the www.azbukum.edu.rs website.
By clicking on the ORDER button and confirming your order, you agree to the terms of delivery.
Delivery Time
Delivery of goods on the territory of the Republic of Serbia is made within the period of between three and five business days, or a minimum of five or more business days depending on the destination outside the Republic of Serbia.
Delivery of goods on the territory of the Republic of Serbia
Courier delivery on the territory of the Republic of Serbia is door-to-door and is charged according to the courier service’s current pricing and according to the volume of the package.
All orders received before 2:00 PM on business days will be sent out within the next two days of the current week, or on the first business day of the following week.
- Delivery of goods is paid for by the customer upon collection
- Express package delivery is next-day on business days between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- If the customer orders goods from the website www.azbukum.edu.rs before 2:00 PM on a weekday other than a Friday (receiving email confirmation no later than 3:00 PM), the anticipated interval for delivery is the next day. However, the terms of delivery stipulate two business days (there is no delivery on weekends and holidays).
- The customer will receive an SMS notification on the day that delivery of goods will be attempted.
- In the event that delivery is not possible, a notice of a repeat delivery attempt will be left (there will be two attempts made to the address).
- Undelivered packages will be returned only after agreement with the sender, and the possible* costs are with calculated VAT.
Prices for Next-Day Express Post Services with delivery by 7:00 PM:
It is important that at the time of delivery the person receiving the package is at least 18 years of age and can produce a current ID card.
If for any reason the customer cannot be reached at the provided delivery address or telephone number, Azbukum Centre does not accept responsibility for failure to deliver within the agreed-upon delivery timeframe.
If delivery of the goods cannot be made after the second attempt, the goods will be returned to the seller, and the customer’s order will be canceled. At that point, the customer has the right to seek a return of the sum cost of the goods minus the transport cost of returning the goods to Azbukum Centre.
Delivery of goods outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia
Delivery of goods outside of the territory of the Republic of Serbia is charged according to current courier service prices and according to package volume. The delivery cost is clearly stated on the receipt at the time the order is made. Delivery time varies depending on the destination to which the goods are sent. Azbukum Centre is able to assist in assessing the parcel’s status via email only while the goods remain within Serbia. Azbukum Centre is no longer able to follow the package once the goods have passed through customs and crossed the border out of Serbia. At that point, the customer must direct attention to the customer’s own domestic postal service.
If for any reason the customer cannot be reached at the provided delivery address or telephone number, Azbukum Centre does not accept responsibility for failure to deliver within the agreed-upon delivery timeframe.
Customer Obligations
Upon acceptance of the goods, the customer is obligated to confirm that the contents of the package correspond to the order and that they have not possibly been damaged during shipping. Claims of this nature can be submitted to the courier on the spot. Do not accept the package if it has visible damage. In such a case, it is necessary to call us at telephone number +38121417668 (Monday-Friday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM), or to contact us by email at kontakt@azbukum.edu.rs with an explanation as to why the package was refused, and we will direct the customer further.
Azbukum Centre retains the right to end association with different courier delivery services under the condition that the quality of the service must remain identical or improve and that it corresponds to the customary standards.
