Customers within The Republic of Serbia who purchase goods (printed books) via our site www.azbukum.edu.rs  are able to pay using the following three methods: 

• COD (cash on delivery) Payment is made exclusively in cash denominated in RSD (Serbian dinars) upon receipt of the package.
• Money order deposit to account Payment is made with the deposit of a money order to the account in a bank or post office. 
• Credit card Credit cards can be used to pay for purchases denominated in RSD (Serbian dinars) when ordering in our online store from within the territory of the Republic of Serbia. 

Customers outside the Republic of Serbia who purchase goods (printed books) via our site www.azbukum.edu.rs are able to pay using the following three methods:

• Credit cards with payment denominated in euros for orders originating outside the Republic of Serbia. 
• PayPal payment denominated in euros with an additional PayPal service fee of 6% included in the payment total. 
• Bank SWIFT wire transfer to Azbukum Centre’s foreign exchange account, with any bank fees to be borne by the customer. 

Customers who purchase e-book textbooks or AOS online programs and who are in the Republic of Serbia can pay for these products and services using:

• Money order deposit to account in a bank or post office. 
• Credit cards can be used to pay for purchases denominated in RSD (Serbian dinars) when ordering in our online store from within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

If purchases are made outside the Republic of Serbia:

• Credit cards can be used to pay for purchases denominated in euros for orders originating outside the Republic of Serbia. 
• PayPal payment denominated in euros with an additional PayPal service fee of 6% included in the payment total. 
• SWIFT bank wire transfer to Azbukum Centre’s foreign exchange account, with any bank fees to be borne by the customer.

• The customer can make payments for goods and services using credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, and DinaCard at online checkout.  The card must be approved by the issuing bank for making online and/or internet payments. During the payment process, once the customer has chosen the form of payment, the customer will be redirected to the trusted and secure Banca Intesa site. When making payment by credit card it is necessary to input data from the card such as: card number, expiration date, and CVC2/CVV2 code. All information is transmitted over the Internet using a secure SSL connection and public key infrastructure. The security of your data is during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa Belgrade, so the entire payment process occurs on the bank’s website and your payment data are not accessible to our system.

During the input of payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the Internet in secure (encrypted) form as required by the SSL protocol and the public key infrastructure system, currently the most up-to-date cryptographic technology. 

Take note: The input and control of data is exclusively carried out between the cardholder and Banka Intesa, and the none of the data that is exchanged is visible to the Internet seller.

Customers who wish to use the online payment system must meet the following conditions: 

1. Only the payment card holder is authorized to make payment; 
2. Delivery of goods is possible only to the address provided at time of purchase, whether within the territory of the Republic of Serbia or outside of it, wherever delivery by the Post Export service of Serbia Post can be accomplished.
