RETURNS
If the customer is unsatisfied upon receiving merchandise (book(s)) or services (AOS online programs), the customer has the right to exchange the item for another within 14 days.
This guarantee is not valid in cases of damage to printed textbooks caused by carelessness on the part of the buyer, where it is evident that visible damage due to of use of the goods.
Goods (books) can be exchanged within the contractually defined term of 14 days, but only under the condition that there is no visible damage or that they have not been used or opened. The buyer bears the cost of returning the product(s), and the exchange of the product in question must be completed within 14 days of receiving the order.
If an exchange is not possible due to the item(s) being out of stock, the seller is obligated to offer another product in exchange or return the money. If the buyer chooses to select a new product, the buyer must pay the price difference between products.
If an exchange is not possible, the seller is obligated to return the money to the buyer, with any return fees to be borne by Azbukum Centre.
For valid claims on goods (printed books) Azbukum Centre bears the cost of shipping to the customer’s delivery address.
For online or electronic goods or services (e-book textbooks and/or AOS online programs) where there is a software error, Azbukum Centre will accept the claim and is obligated to correct the error as soon as possible after receiving notice of the outage by email at aoserbian@azbukum.edu.rs.
AOS courses can be exchanged without penalty at the request of the customer only if the customer makes the request within 5 days of gaining access to the unsatisfactory upper- or lower-level AOS program with which the customer is unsatisfied.
The guarantee of the quality of goods and e-services is not valid where customers’ remarks are in relation to customer inability to make use of the goods and/or services as a result of poor Internet connectivity or being personally unequipped to make use of e-products.
