    Based on the information you send us and the term and location of your preference; we will check for open spaces in your selected program. At the final stage of the enrolment process Azbukum will send you a registration form to fill out together with payment instructions.

    For children and young adults under 18 years of age, we will also send a parental/caregiver consent agreeing to the participation of minors in Azbukum programs for parent and/or guardian signature.

    Preparatory programs for academic study
    PROCEDURE FOR ENROLLMENT WITH VISA APPLICATION
    If you are applying for a long-term Preparatory Program in Serbian for academic studies and you need a visa to enter the Republic of Serbia, the enrolment procedure is as following:

      Along with the completed Enrollment Form, the following should be submitted:

      • a copy of passport,
      • copy of diplomas from high school and/or college, as proof of previous education,
      • motivational letter with a description of the reasons for enrolling in the preparatory program in Serbian for academic studies,
      • proof of your intention to study at one of the universities in Serbia (provide us with the correspondence with the university you intend to enrol in).

      Once you have submitted the Enrolment Form and other documents, you will receive instructions for paying the deposit for the Serbian preparatory program for academic studies and Azbukum’s visa support service fee. After payment, Azbukum sends you an official invitation letter to your email. You submit the Azbukum invitation letter with other documentation necessary for obtaining a visa and start the visa procedure with the nearest consulate of the Republic of Serbia.
