The Azbukum program most suitable for securing a visa for extended residence (type D) on the basis of Serbian language study in Serbia is Preparatory program for Academic studies. Proof of your intention to enroll in further academic education in Serbia upon fulfillment of the Azbukum Preparatory program is required with your application.

The invitation letter from Azbukum is one of the most important documents for initiating the visa application process. However, Azbukum does not guarantee that you will receive a visa based on the letter Azbukum sends you. The decision whether to award a visa belongs solely to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia.
No, unfortunately. In order to get a Type D student visa while studying at Azbukum you must be enrolled in an intensive program lasting from a minimum of 6 months up to a year.
Of course you can. The most important thing is to check whether you need a Republic of Serbia entry visa. If you do require an entry visa, then your study at Azbukum must be followed by academic study in Serbia conducted in the Serbian language.
No. The already-paid portion of the tuition for the first 72 course hours will not be returned, nor can the sum be transferred to another person. You of course have the right to finish the pre-paid portion of your program.
