A major advantage of the Azbukum Online Serbian (AOS) platform is that it allows you to learn gradually at your own pace. You can choose one of the AOS options: AOS Regular Programs, AOS Focus Programs, or AOS Programs with Textbooks. Along with one of the AOS programs, you can also select the SPEAK UP Conversation Workshop, where you can practice speaking and pronunciation in Serbian while enjoying the company of others learning Serbian, just like you.

AOS REGULAR PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS
AOS Regular Programs are designed for gradual mastery of knowledge levels through ten lessons and five review tests. At the end of each lesson, a vocabulary list and grammar explanations are available and can be saved in PDF format. Upon completing all ten lessons and passing five revision tests, participants receive a Certificate confirming they have completed a specific level on the AOS platform. Each course lasts twelve weeks, with the possibility to pause the course whenever necessary for up to four weeks in total.

AOS FOCUS PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS
AOS Focus programs are an excellent supplement to learning Serbian, whether the participant is learning with a teacher or independently through the AOS platform. They include exercises designed for targeted improvement of grammar skills and/or vocabulary expansion. A rich list of topics is available for levels A1, A2, and B1.

SPEAK UP CONVERSATION WORKSHOP
If you want to advance your Serbian speaking and pronunciation with an Azbukum instructor, join these carefully structured online small-group conversation meetings. Each small-group session of two to six participants lasts for 50 minutes. We adapt various topics for levels A2/B1 and B1/B2.
You may also combine a Speak Up Program with a Regular or Intensive group or individual programs with an Azbukum instructor, or with AOS Regular or AOS Focus Programs.

RECOMMENDATIONS FROM OUR STUDENTS
I just finished the Absolute Beginner course and my impressions are very, very good. I easily understood the key parts of the course and the grammar. I feel that I will easily find my way around everyday situations in Serbia and will be able to hold simple conversations.
I just finished five lessons and I’m very satisfied. Great mix of listening, reading and writing. The explanations are clear and the learning platform is stable and works well. I’ve consolidated what I’ve learned very well and will be ready for the intermediate level as soon as I finish.
I really enjoyed the topics of this course and the way the complexity and difficulty of the lessons increase.
I enjoyed doing these two courses. It wasn’t difficult (except for Č/Ć and DŽ/Đ, because I often don’t see the difference). The selection of topics is very good, and I especially liked the Interesting section. The grammar is explained clearly and understandably, without unnecessary complications.
I used the AOS platform access until the last day, literally 🙂 It was very interesting for me, and of course for the students.
The AOS platform is very intuitive and easy to use. Students have gladly accepted the materials offered. It is best to combine online programs with a textbook and use grammar exercises for revision and exam preparation.
I just finished the A1.2 course. It was very demanding (possessive adjectives, accusative, locative…), but, after all, I like challenges. 🙂
