EMPLOYEES AT THE AZBUKUM CENTRE
Over the past decades, Azbukum has gathered a large number of lecturers, associates and all those who have left their mark on the work of the Centre and contributed to Azbukum taking the place it deserves today. As the Centre has grown, so has the team of employees, so today, in addition to the director and lecturers, Azbukum also includes coordinators, professional associates and administrative workers. All of them are jointly building the future of Azbukum.

PRAISE FROM OUR STUDENTS
My teacher was Milica. She is very professional, very patient, and at the same time fun. I am impressed again and again by her knowledge of grammar and experience in teaching this very complicated language.
The professors at Azbukum, both in Belgrade and Novi Sad, are perfect in every way. And one more thing I would like to praise: the complete dedication of all Azbukum employees to their students and their willingness to meet the needs of each student and make them feel comfortable.
The teachers are true professionals, incredibly skilled in teaching Serbian to foreigners, passionate about what they do, dedicated to the progress of their students, and equipped with a sense of humor. They helped me not to give up when things got complicated with Serbian. Every class was a discovery.
Now I can proudly say that I can say and understand almost everything. I can watch TV in Serbian, read newspapers, listen to the radio. And all this thanks to Azbukum’s lecturers and teaching materials, the socializing and trips they organized, and, most importantly, the love for the language that they foster at Azbukum.
Learning Serbian is a decision I have not regretted for a second. The credit for that goes to the Azbukum team. For speakers of non-Slavic languages, Serbian can be very difficult to learn, but in the multicultural environment of Azbukum, with talented and dedicated teachers, this seems very easy!
Azbukum’s greatest asset is the people who work there. They know the language very well and know how to teach it. For me, the most important thing was that they were open and understanding of other cultures, that they were adaptable and incredibly capable of supporting me in what I found difficult in learning Serbian.
The professors are positive towards the students, they consider them partners, they help at every step, they work completely professionally. There is no boredom in the classes. It’s just a shame that time passes so quickly.
