LESSONS WITH WORKBOOK
16 lessons and a rich collection of learning materials
The textbook offers 16 lessons, a rich collection of audio recordings, a grammar overview, orthographic rules, verb charts, a list of expressions by lesson, and solutions to assignments. The workbook forms an integral part of the Az Buki Srpski 3 program and can be downloaded as a PDF using the link given on the inside cover of the text. The workbook follows the textbook lessons and has 16 segments that thematically and substantially fit with the lessons for additional practice. Answers for all assignments are given at the end of the workbook.
TESTS
Two progress exams, for B1 and B2 level
The program has two progress exams. The first exam comes after the first eight lessons and tests the subject matter for level B1. The second comes after the remaining eight lessons, and is the test for level B2. The tests’ structure is the same as that of the official Azbukum proficiency tests for each proficiency level, so they check proficiency in the areas of reading comprehension, grammar, and listening.
GRAMMAR OVERVIEW
Exercises to help master the grammar
The grammar covered for Levels B1 and B2 is thoughtfully segmented into lessons where examples are shown, and detailed grammar overviews are given in separate sections wherein all the grammatical rules are explained. Exercises to help master the grammar are given within both the lessons and the workbook.
